Product Condition

We sell only genuine LEGO® parts and minifigures from brand new sets and occasionally from the LEGO® store Pick-A-Brick wall.  The parts are handled only for sorting and retrieving orders.  Although these parts are new, please be aware that minor imperfections may be present due to parts rubbing against each other during shipment or due to the manufacturing process.  Additionally, there may be slight color variations between lots of parts.  All items are sorted and stored in a smoke-free pet-free office.  We do have a dog, but she is not allowed in the office area.

Some parts that have a large smooth surface area that can be easily scratched will be packaged in resealable plastic bags to help prevent damage during storage and shipment.  Each lot of items will be individually packaged in a resealable plastic bag.

Minifigures are carefully removed from sets and each component is placed into individual resealable plastic bags.  Minifigures are shipped unassembled to help prevent damage to the paint and surface of the minifigure and to save the fun of assembly for the customer.  If you feel that this is a waste of plastic, please send us a message and we will be happy to remove the parts from the plastic bags and assemble the minifigure for you.  We will however place the assembled minifgure in a resealable plastic bag to prevent damage during shipping.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the parts or if a damaged part slipped past our sharp eyes, please contact us and we will resolve the issue immediately.


Part Variants

On occasion, LEGO® will modify their part molds resulting in part variants.  We try our best to identify and separate each variant.  Generally speaking, the physical and functional differences between the variants are minimal.  However, we receognize that there are times when it is necessary to have a particular variant.  If this is the case for you, please leave us a message in the order comment section and we will be happy to check our inventory to determine if your order can be filled.


Lot Limits / Minimum Purchase Amount

In order to make your shopping experience as pleasant and affordable as possible, we don't incur lot limits or a minimum purchase amount.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect a 9.5% sales tax only from those orders shipping to an address located in Washington state.  If you have a Washingnton state address on file, the prices shown in the catalog will include the 9.5% sales tax.  Also, please keep in mind that sales tax is also charged on shipping so your shipping charge will be higher than the prices listed in the Shipping Methods.  All other states are tax-free.

We strive to provide error free orders, but in the rare event of an error please contact us as soon as possible.  We will resolve the error immediately!
